Job Summary Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a few qualified technicians for a TEMPORARY position performing apartment and townhome maintenance. We are looking for temp help in Greensburg, North Versailles, and the South Hills. These positions will last approximately 1 month to 3 months (could extend longer if needed and/or convert to FTE). Pay and Benefits $19-24/hour, paid weekly Scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., as assigned, with an additional on-call rotation Mileage reimbursement Paid Time Off Overtime eligible PPE supplied Responsibilities Grounds upkeep and common area maintenance (may occasionally involve cleaning) Turnovers/make-readies Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC Preventative maintenance Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Requirements Eligible to work in the United States Valid driver’s license Personal, reliable mode of transportation Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance Safely utilize power tools Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases Skills Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance Work Style Servant hearted Team player who can work independently Comfortable working within established processes Strong commitment to timely and accurate work Best-in-class customer service Birgo’s Values Teamwork, Humility, Rhinocerality, Integrity, Vision, Excellence More about Birgo We take care of our hardworking team by providing opportunities for professional growth, paying attention to holistic staff needs, and celebrating life together.
