Job Description Position: Internet Sales BDC Agent Location: Berman Kia, Lincolnwood, IL Pay: $45,000++ (Base Salary + Commission position) Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Sundays and a set weekday off Benefits Competitive PTO Policy Multiple Low-Cost Medical Insurance Options Low-Cost Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Options Short Term & Long Term Disability 401K Automotive Service & Sales Discounts Opportunities for Advancement Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone and email Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics Qualifications: Previous BDC experience, required Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computer systems and CRM software Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
