Job Description Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and other refreshments according to hotel standards. Provide attentive and personalised food and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Take guest orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and handle guest requests professionally. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the coffee station, dining areas, and equipment. Promote menu items, daily specials, and upselling opportunities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue. Handle billing, operate POS systems, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or Waitress, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, latte art, and food and beverage service. Excellent communication skills in English with a guest-focused approach. Knowledge of POS systems, food safety, and hygiene standards. Professional grooming, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle flexible shifts.
