It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills – sound judgment, empathy, people management insight & the ability to multitask. As a Domino's Pizza Assistant Manager, your success is vital to our business. As you learn to lead a team, you will receive training in the fundamentals of product quality, sanitation, cost control, inventory control & customer relations. In our fast-paced environment, you will learn the skills to "Handle the Rush" & be taught the important leadership skills needed to develop our team Qualifications Driver’s license with 2 years experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older A clean driving record Must be able to pass a criminal background check A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance A desire to lead people Flexible availability Additional Information BENEFITS Starting pay: $11-$14/hr (based on experience) Health Insurance, IRA matching funds, Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Paid vacations Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program Opportunity to become a Domino’s Franchisee!
