This role plays a crucial part in supporting culinary activities and maintaining hygiene standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience as a Stewarding Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in a luxury resort, hotel, or F&B environment. Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
