Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Monitor account performance and maintain accurate client records. Support business development initiatives and company growth objectives. Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated with a collaborative team mindset.
