Mentor junior content team members, providing performance insights and consistently improving their capabilities through regular training sessions, guidance on new industry trends, and technical aspects. 5. Act as a quality assurance by reviewing, editing, and proofreading content generated by junior mambers to ensure the delivery of a consistent brand voice and monitor compliance with content guidelines. 6. Implement and strictly adhere to Dice internal processes. المؤهلات Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; advanced degree us a plus. 4+ years of experience in content creation with a focus on advertising agency environments. Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing creative content and successful campaigns for diverse clients Excellent communication skills and indepth knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
