Event Staff play a vital role in ensuring smooth event execution and positive guest interactions. Responsibilities Provide on-site operational support before, during, and after events Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general logistics Interact professionally with clients, guests, and internal team members Follow event guidelines and operational procedures accurately Support coordination efforts to ensure events run efficiently and on schedule Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site environments Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Team-focused mindset with a proactive approach to tasks Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing event needs Additional Information Competitive salary ($40,000 – $44,000 annually) Opportunities for professional growth and internal advancement Skill development through hands-on training Supportive and structured team environment Exposure to diverse events and operational settings
