A Talent Pool is a collection of people, just like you, who want to register their interest in joining Granola in the future. It’s a great way for us to keep in touch, for new roles, hiring events and everything else Granola. How does your Talent Pool work? We don’t actively monitor or approve people into our Talent Pool, but it’s our first stop for hiring. Anyone can join, regardless of experience or skill level, and we’ll let you know as soon as we have something suitable. So I’ll find out about new Granola jobs before anyone else? Yes, potentially.
