Qualifications Required Skills: AWS Connect - development and implementation AWS services - Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, and CloudWatch Understanding of contact center operations React, Python, JavaScript, and/or Java RESTful APIs Preferred Skills: CI/CD pipelines AWS certifications Additional Information About the Company: Our client is a well-known player in the telecom space.
