Job Description We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate cash registers and process various forms of payment accurately Maintain a clean and organized store environment Assist with visual merchandising and product displays Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Proficiency in cash handling and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Basic math skills for cash transactions and inventory counting Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Additional Information Competitive salary package Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth within a reputed brand.
