The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, demonstrating expertise in the following areas: Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Organizational Development (OD): Support the development and implementation of organizational development strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance employee engagement and performance. Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and align with business objectives. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, including salary and grading, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and managers on HR-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources. Proven track record of successful HR management and implementation of HR strategies. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
