Company Description Our client is an international Fertility Centre. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments Attend networking events, trade shows, or client meetings as needed Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Able to read Thai and Mandarin
