Job Description Job Description Messa Sync is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee account activity, and ensure seamless communication across departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in client service, and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments. Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure expectations and objectives are met. Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and resolve issues. Prepare and present reports on account status, performance, and milestones. Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and communication with clients. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
