Job Description As the In-Villa Dining (IVD) Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will assist in overseeing the in-villa dining operations, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service and high-quality meals. You will support the IVD Manager in managing the IVD team, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in in-room dining or a similar setting. Strong leadership and team support skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus. Additional Information
