About this role
Company Description We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Deal, Kent. You be required to work the Morning shift which is 07:00-14:00, Mon-Friday and we would also need you to be able to work alternate Weekends with Guaranteed Hours Contracts available for extra security. If you have a caring heart and a friendly smile, you can make someone’s day — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll be supporting older adults with things like: Personal care and mobility Making a meal or a comforting cuppa Keeping their home tidy and safe Sharing stories, laughter and companionship Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided) No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
