The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions accurately, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Responsibilities Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately using a point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while ensuring proper change and receipts. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Monitor inventory levels and inform management of restocking needs. Follow company policies regarding financial transactions and security procedures. Qualifications Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred. Strong numerical and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
