In this role, you’ll optimize processes, foster collaboration and lead strategic planning across eighty operating rooms. Experience the cutting edge information systems that is utilized which includes Lawson, OR Manager and Abacus tracking systems. Bring your passion for excellence to every aspect of operations. Key Criteria Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Business or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred. Five to seven years Operating Room or Periop experience required. Demonstrated skills in material management and information systems required. Registered Nurse License preferred. Three to five year’s progressive management experience preferred. Ideal candidates demonstrate proven success in leadership, team-building and inspiring employees to perform at the highest level.
