Job Description •Prepare facilities for the smooth running of nursing services and make it easier for patients/families to provide services by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room, Checking and ensuring that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary health equipment are available and ready to use, Supporting cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment •Carry out nursing actions in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures based on the limits of ability and competence possessed •Providing nursing care to clients at all levels of the maternity and midwifery business by applying nursing practice standards: Carrying out nursing assessments at the start of the patient's admission and continuously while the patient is in care using the applicable format, Determining the client's nursing problems through analysis of the results of the assessment, Implementing goals and targets for overcoming nursing problems that occur, Carrying out nursing actions/therapy according to patient needs based on applicable procedural policies, Continuously observing and monitoring the patient's health condition, Providing health education to patients/families, Carrying out evaluations of nursing actions/therapy which has been given.
