Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen interest in home appliances, and the ability to engage customers in meaningful consultations to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional customer service. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and applications. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their lifestyle. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with showroom displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products and company policies. Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience in Home Appliances retail sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is a plus.
