Job Purpose The purpose of the Food Scientist role is to analyze food composition and study the effects of various processing techniques on food quality. Your work will involve formulating experiments to enhance the flavors, textures, and nutritional value of our food products. This role aims to develop innovative, safe, and quality food products for consumers. Job Duties and Responsibilities Research and develop new innovative food products. Improvement of existing food products. Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met. Analyze the composition of food and the effect of processing on its quality. Conduct experiments targeted at enhancing the flavor, texture, and nutritional value of our products. Qualifications Required Qualifications Strong knowledge in research and development of food products. Experience in food safety and quality assurance. Proficient understanding of food composition analysis. Deep understanding of the effects of processing on food quality. Experience in flavor, texture, and nutritional value enhancement. Strong understanding of food chemistry. Proficient knowledge in microbiology. Sound problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
