Job Description Seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our thriving Food & Beverage business. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Qualifications Personal skills and abilities · Excellent knowledge and commitment to the culture and values of AMARETTI · Mathematical skills · Proven knowledge of Micros POS systems · Readiness to work for long hours · Mobility and flexibility · Ability to plan work schedules and assign duties · Ability to cope with stress · Ability to work independently and to take initiative · Team working skills · Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of business · Excellent analytical and decision-making skills · Customer service-oriented · Knowledgeable about Food & Beverage safety and hygiene procedures, HACCP guidelines Work experience requirements · Minimum 10 years of experience in Hospitality, working as an Operations manager.
