About this role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support Lalamove’s vehicle sticker operations. Your main duties will include installing stickers on vehicles and conducting outdoor sticker survey activities to track Lalamove-branded vehicles on the road. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with outdoor work, able to work independently, and enjoys hands-on operational work. Paste and install Lalamove stickers on Driver Partner vehicles Support daily sticker operations and coordination Video record the number of vehicles with Lalamove's decals that passes a specific location (Eg: CBD) Manage sticker stock and keep operational records updated Perform simple data entry and system updates Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storage/warehouse area Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs Minimum N-Level qualification or relevant work experience Comfortable with outdoor and hands-on work Able to work independently and follow instructions Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn Basic communication and teamwork skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred
