Job Description As a Clay Studio Assistant at Villa Haven, you will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Clay Studio. You will support the Clay Master in preparing materials, organising equipment, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace for guests. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding guest service and contributing to a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. Interest in pottery, ceramics, or art-related fields is desirable. Basic knowledge of pottery techniques and materials is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional Information
