Job Description As the In-Villa Dining (IVD) Manager at Villa Haven, you will oversee all aspects of the in-villa dining operations, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service and high-quality meals. You will lead and manage the IVD team, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in in-room dining or a similar setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
