Company Description Our award winning companionship based services help our clients to live well in the homes they love, to stay connected with the communities in which they live, and to give reassurance and respite to their families. With an emphasis on companionship, our visits are for a couple of hours or longer so you can form great relationships and really engage your clients in meaningful activities. Job Description As a part time Home Instead CAREGiver you’ll Bring Joy to your clients. Once matched with suitable clients, you’ll visit them consistently. Depending on their needs you’ll offer things like companionship, home help, assistance with various activities of daily living and memory care. The more flexibility you can offer us, the quicker we can build up your hours. Qualifications Warm hearted, empathetic and dependable - we can help with the rest. You don’t have to have qualifications and experience to be a great CAREGiver with Home Instead. Additional Information - Flexible part time work of 10 to 12 plus hours per week- no must do hours and work around your other commitments. - Competitive rates of pay £10.00 to £10.50 plus holiday pay and additional payments towards pension, travel and waiting time. - A specialized training assessment program as part of our recruitment process on how to become a Home Instead CAREGiver - Our friendly and knowledgeable office team will be offering you support along the way and available as you need it. - Most importantly the chance to feel a part of the growing family of CAREGivers that really do care - Fantastic job satisfaction for all and career development opportunities for all who would like them. - We’ll match you with your clients, based on shared experiences and interests- once matched you’ll visit the same clients consistently and have a regular rota.
