Job Description Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for IT support and functional analysis? Inetum is looking for a Francophone Functional Assistant with strong L1/L2 support experience to join our team and be the driving force in user and business interactions Qualifications We’re looking for someone who can: ✅ Communicate fluently in French (C1+) and comfortably in English (B2+) ✅ Act as the main point of contact between users and IT teams, leading meetings and ensuring smooth communication ✅ Handle incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards ✅ Perform standard SQL queries and understand code patterns for effective debugging ✅ Provide L1/L2 application support, with strong knowledge of production support processes ✅ Read and debug Java 8+ code (nice to have) ✨ What We Value: Strong interpersonal and communication skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in fast-paced, user-facing environments
