Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution. Support the team in achieving performance and service quality goals. Qualifications Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
