Responsible to drive / contribute to global projects and bring Technical expertise in Core banking to all CIB regions. 2. Define the deliverables and work plan. 3. Prepare Team dashboards. 4. Build a strong Technical team which will provide services globally. 5. Define KPI’s for the all teams to measure Productivity, Quality, Risk and Capacity. 6.
