Job Description Job Title: HEDIS Nurse Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 5+ Months This positon is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all Medicaid and Medicare (Stars) HEDIS member. This positon is also responsible for assisting Manager, Outreach & Interventions operationalize all initiatives to improve our HEDIS performance by working with internal and external stakeholders. Skills Required: · Must have prior experience working on a HEDIS audit (at least 1 season) · Must have an active RN or LPN license in Florida Responsible for completing auditing and/or medical records review projects. Responsibilities includes medical records reviews, data collection, chart abstractions, reporting and analyses. Must have good communication skills and be very detailed oriented.
