Company Description Healthcare Job Description RN Transplant Coordinator II (PRE RENAL) Houston, TX Exp 2-5 yrs Degree Bach Relo Job Description The Pre-transplant coordinator II facilitates and coordinates all aspects of the transplant referral, evaluation, waiting period, and peri-operative phases of transplantation. The coordinator interacts with all members of multi-disciplinary transplant team to ensure coordination of care for the pre-transplant patient. SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS Texas RN License CPR through AHA Transplant Specialty Certification (CCTC) Required IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have two years’ experience as a transplant coordinator. Experience working in inpatient transplant is a plus without coordinator experience.
