Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales approaches. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive lead generation. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team. Train, mentor, and manage junior sales staff as needed. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience Strong knowledge of products and their applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software. Ability to analyze sales metrics and create strategies for improvement. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
