Help shape the future of AI by designing realistic marketing tasks that challenge advanced AI agents. We’re looking for experienced marketing professionals to turn their expertise into practical challenges, from analyzing campaign performance and researching markets to developing strategies and creating campaign assets. Location: Remote Engagement: Independent contractor Compensation: US$30–60 per hour, depending on experience and project requirements. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design realistic marketing tasks with clear objectives, relevant data, and measurable deliverables. - Create reference solutions, including campaign plans, market analyses, performance reports, and marketing assets. - Develop evaluation criteria to assess strategic reasoning, analytical accuracy, execution quality, and alignment with business objectives. - Review AI-generated work to identify unsupported claims, calculation errors, weak recommendations, and gaps in execution. - Collaborate with reviewers to refine tasks and ensure consistent quality. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Professional experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, market research, content strategy, or marketing analytics. - Experience owning campaigns or projects with measurable business outcomes. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain your decisions clearly. - Familiarity with tools relevant to your specialty, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Semrush, or Excel. - Strong written English and attention to detail. PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - Paid acquisition, campaign optimization, and budget allocation. - Customer segmentation, competitive research, and positioning. - Funnel analysis, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization. - SEO, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. - Translating business goals into actionable marketing plans.
