Job Description Odoo developer should be able to: Work under pressure. Understand inter-dependencies of apps and fields and how a change could affect operations and reporting. Assess the impact of potential changes in customizations in Odoo’s core business apps and implement solutions to mitigate negative outcomes. Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements. Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Odoo, ensuring zero data loss and minimal downtime. Understand the implications of changes in the apps. Be Up to date with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices to ensure that the team utilizes the most efficient and effective methodologies. Generate BI Reports, Output Documents, Functional Test User Acceptance Test, Automation Test Unit Test. Develop, test, implement, support, and enhance Business applications and it's features solutions. Fixing bug and optimize performance for production support. Qualifications Bachelor's or Technical degree in programing field of study or equivalent work experience Additional Information Odoo Development, Python Programming, Python, CSS, Odoo Framework, Odoo Development, JavaScript, HTML/CSS Skills
