This role is for a high-agency business builder who thrives in ambiguity—someone who can spot signals early, turn them into sharp hypotheses, and rapidly test what's real. What you'll do Identify and develop new commercial opportunities adjacent to the core platform Work directly with industry stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and emerging use cases Translate market signals into clear, testable business cases Partner with technical and commercial teams to shape early concepts into scalable offerings Support early go-to-market efforts and strategic sales where needed What you bring 5+ years in power markets, energy consulting, trading, or corporate strategy Proven ability to build or unlock new business opportunities in uncertain environments Strong network across the European power ecosystem Bias for action—comfortable moving quickly from insight to validation Familiarity with modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and testing ideas Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Why this role High ownership, high impact, no predefined playbook Competitive compensation with equity upside Remote-first setup with occasional high-quality team offsites in Europe Opportunity to shape entirely new directions inside a fast-scaling climate tech company Originally posted on Himalayas
