ABOUT GAMUT Gamut is building the agent workforce. We're a seed-stage team backed by Human Capital (SpaceX, Snowflake, Anduril) building a platform that allows non-engineers to build AI employees that get the whole job done. Early customers are already automating several hours of their workday across their most complicated tasks in sales, marketing, ops, etc. We're hiring people who want to build, not manage. If you want to work on hard problems with a small team that ships, this is the place. THE ROLE As Head of Engineering, you’ll be responsible for building and leading our engineering team. You’ll work closely with the founder to define the roadmap, oversee architecture and execution, and ensure our technology scales as we grow. You will: - Lead the engineering organization - setting technical direction, priorities, and standards - Build and mentor a world-class engineering team from the ground up - Oversee development of our agent orchestration engine, execution pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and customer-facing platform - Establish engineering processes, best practices, and a high-performance culture - Ship code! Help design and build core systems alongside the team - This role is in-office, 5 days/week, based in San Francisco.
