Including technical expertise of specific applications or systems with ability to plan, design, document and implement solutions. Level of expertise: A system Support Engineer may include someone with basic, limited industry experience with advanced Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Server, SharePoint, and other software systems.
