Company Description LEADING MANUFACTURING COMPANY Job Description Job Description Accounting Manager - Leading Manufacturing Co. in Mercer County NJ (85K-100K + Bonus) -Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. -Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, policies & procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. -Manage/Supervise Staff Accountants and A/P clerks -General ledger preparation, financial reporting, quarterly and year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. -Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives. -Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources -Work with the Controller to ensure a timely year-end audit. -Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. -Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. -Supports SOX work, ensuring internal controls are established and followed EMAIL RESUME TO:tsweeney@clarkdavis.com Qualifications Qualifications: BS in Accounting is required. CPA License is required. 5 to 7 years prior supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Prior Public Accounting exp. preferred.
