Responsibilities Participate in a structured training program covering operations, leadership, and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and support process improvements. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing key business initiatives. Analyze performance data to identify patterns and recommend solutions. Support supervisors and managers with daily operations and project coordination. Uphold company values and represent Sonar Spark with professionalism at all times Qualifications Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and multitask effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
