Job Description Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and executing marketing and promotional campaigns Support event planning and promotional activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance Prepare promotional materials and presentations Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met Maintain organized records of marketing activities and reports Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Creative thinking with attention to detail Professional demeanor and proactive mindset Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Additional Information Competitive salary ($48,000 – $52,000 annually) Clear growth opportunities within the company Professional skill development and hands-on training Supportive and collaborative work environment Stable, full-time position in Dallas, TX
