Job Description We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client-focused events. This role plays a key part in executing brand strategies, coordinating project tasks, and ensuring flawless delivery of promotional activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients and audiences. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns. Support event coordination, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting. Conduct basic market research to help identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and campaign documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all initiatives. Maintain organized records, schedules, and project timelines. Provide support in client interactions and contribute to campaign improvements. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas. Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.
