The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of coffee brewing techniques, be familiar with different types of coffee beans and their unique flavor profiles, and be able to operate espresso machines and other necessary equipment. A strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to handle orders efficiently and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Job Purpose The main objective of the Barista is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Through exemplary customer service and a deep knowledge of coffee, the Barista will ensure a satisfying coffee experience for every customer. This role requires the ability to skillfully operate espresso machines and other equipment, as well as effectively handle orders and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Job Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages Demonstrating skills in coffee brewing techniques and understanding of different coffee beans and their flavor profiles Operating espresso machines and other equipment effectively Providing excellent customer service and displaying strong communication skills when interacting with customers Handling customer orders efficiently Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Required Qualifications Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and their flavor profiles Experience with espresso machine operation Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to handle orders efficiently Skill in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
