Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the butler team. Ensure personalized service for VIP and luxury guests. Coordinate guest preferences, arrivals, and special requests. Train staff on luxury service standards and SOPs. Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. 6+ years of luxury hotel experience, including supervisory roles. Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in hotel management systems and English communication.
