Qualifications We are looking to fill a position for a Senior Cisco Unified Communications Architect to provide professional services in support of its Cisco IP Telephony initiatives, in Lansing MI. Bachelor’s Degree Overall experience with Cisco Unified Communications/Voice Cisco certifications preferred (CUCC, CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCNP) ITIL v3 Foundation for ITI Service Management certification Cisco CUCM platform maintenance and support Cisco UCCX platform maintenance and support Cisco PCCE platform maintenance and support Cisco SME maintenance and support Oracle SBC SIP platform maintenance and support Additional Information Webcam interview is acceptable.
