Job Description About the Role: We are seeking individuals for our part-time Community Home Helper positions. This role is perfect for those who have accumulated a wealth of life experience and wish to use it to support elderly individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect. Responsibilities: Provide companionship and engaging conversation, drawing on your life experiences. Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. Help with personal care in a manner that respects the client's dignity. Encourage and support physical activities and exercises. Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility.
