Job Description 📄 Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting administrative audits across HC records and compliance documentation Support day-to-day operational tasks including data management, filing systems, and process tracking Identify inefficiencies and help streamline small-scale HR processes Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative deliverables Prepare reports, summaries, and checklists for audit readiness and internal reviews Qualifications 🎯 Ideal Candidate: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive or “nitty-gritty” tasks with precision, have a "can do" attitude Basic understanding of HR or administrative procedures (preferred but not required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Able to commit to full-time/part-time internship schedule Additional Information [BEWARE OF RECRUITMENT SCAMS] It has come to our attention that there are fake job offers claiming to be hiring for Siloam Hospitals Group.
