Demonstrate leadership potential by managing small projects and guiding team members Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, work, or extracurricular activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
