Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting the execution of client-facing projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about client services and business development. Responsibilities Support Senior Account Managers in daily client communication and follow-up Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services Maintain and update client records and documentation Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions under supervision Participate in meetings and take detailed notes and action items Monitor project timelines and deliverables Handle basic administrative tasks related to account management Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 0–2 years of experience in client services, sales support, or related roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Additional Information Benefits Competitive annual salary ($60,000 – $65,000) Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays On-the-job training and mentorship Supportive and inclusive team environment
