Job Description Menerima dan menangani telepon masuk dari pasien/keluarga pasien. Memberikan informasi terkait jadwal dokter, layanan, dan fasilitas rumah sakit. Membantu proses pendaftaran atau booking appointment. Meneruskan panggilan ke unit terkait (poliklinik, IGD, rawat inap, dll). Menangani keluhan awal dan mencatat laporan dengan baik. Memastikan komunikasi yang ramah, jelas, dan profesional. Qualifications Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Pengalaman sebagai call center/customer service lebih disukai (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar). Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan suara jelas. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office/basic system). Bersedia bekerja shift.
