As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. Responsibilities Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines. Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment. Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers. Help identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Support resource allocation and track utilization across various projects. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
